GOOD GLOW PUMKIN SPICE LATTE

Want to add some punch to your Good Glow superfood latte? Adding mashed pumpkin will have you feeling like an it-girl without giving up any of the benefits!
Gluten free, lactose free, vegan friendly.
1 cup | 250ml Almond Milk
4 tbsp | 60ml Pumpkin
2 tsp | 10ml Water
2 tsp | 10ml VORA Good Glow Latte – Golden Elixir
½ tsp | 2ml Vanilla essence
1 tbsp | 20g Maple syrup (or to taste)
1 shot of espresso (optional)
Cut the pumpkin into small cubes. Place in a small pot with just enough water to cover it, then boil on the stove for 10 minutes or until cooked through and soft. Drain the pumpkin and discard the excess water.
Blend the pumpkin until smooth, using 10ml fresh water to thin it out if necessary.
Combine 2 tbsp (30ml) of the pumpkin puree, almond milk, the Good Glow Latte, vanilla, maple syrup and the espresso in a blender, then blend on high until it comes together. If the pumpkin separates from the almond milk, give it another pulse in the blender.
Serve immediately over ice or bring to a boil on the stove to enjoy it warm.
