1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 serve (35g) Vora Good Shape Protein (Humble Vanilla)
1 serve Vora Good Clean Greens
1/4 cup yoghurt
3/4 cup milk/ water
Toppings: yoghurt, apples, kiwis, hemp seeds & peanut butter
Method: mix everything together in a bowl. Let sit for 10 mins or overnight in the fridge to thicken. Top with more yoghurt, fresh fruits, nuts/ seeds and nut butter of choice. Yum.
