Get ready for summer with this fruity twist on your daily dose of green superfoods.
Ingredients
½ tsp | 2ml Pure Monk Fruit Extract Powder
2tbsp | 30ml Water

2 tsp | 10ml VORA GOOD CLEAN GREENS Tropical Blend
5 Mint Leaves
½ cup | 100ml Watermelon
1 tbsp | 15ml Lemon Juice
½ cup | 125ml Soda Water
1 tbsp | 15ml Chia Seeds

Directions
Combine the monk fruit, water and half of the mint leaves in a small pan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the powder has dissolved. Let simmer for another minute, then remove from the heat and discard the mint leaves.
Mix the VORA Good Clean Greens with the simple syrup and pour into the bottom of a glass.
Chop the watermelon into rough chunks, taking out any seeds. Blend the watermelon until completely liquidised.
Fill the glass with ice, then pour in the lemon juice. Add the watermelon juice, then top with soda water. Sprinkle the chia seeds over the top, then garnish with a slice of watermelon, the remaining mint leaves and a straw, if desired.
Serve immediately. The drink will turn green once the superfood syrup is stirred together with the watermelon juice, but the taste will not be affected!
