The ideal grab-and-go breakfast for busy mornings – with added protein.
Ingredients
½ cup | 55g Oats
½ cup | 125ml Almond Milk
¼ cup | 60ml Vegan Yoghurt
1 tsp | 5ml Maple Syrup
½ tsp | 2ml Caramel Essence
½ tsp | 2ml Ground Cinammon
Pinch of Salt

1/8 cup | 25ml VORA GOOD SHAPE PROTEIN Humble Vanilla
½ an Apple, diced
1tsp | 5ml Maple Syrup
Pinch of Cinammon

Directions
Prepare the topping by combining the diced apple, maple syrup and cinnamon in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for one minute, stirring twice.
Combine all the ingredients for the oats together. Stir in half of the apple topping. Transfer the oats into the container you want it to set in. Top with the remaining apple topping.
Close with the lid of the container or plastic wrap, then place in the fridge overnight.
The oats will last in the fridge for up to four days. Serve chilled or heat it in the microwave for one minute.
