Monk fruit extract is a natural sweetener that has been used for centuries in China and Southeast Asia. It's made from the dried fruit of the monk fruit plant, which is native to southern China and northern Thailand.

Monk fruit extract has been shown to be 150-200 times sweeter than sugar, so a little goes a long way - and without all the calories! 

It also doesn't have the same bitter aftertaste that some other sweeteners like stevia have.

We ship all of our products to you in 100% recyclable shipping boxes: no bubble wrap or styrofoam here.

The product pouches themselves are paper-based, with a minimal plastic lining to keep your product fresh. Although these pouches aren't recyclable, we make an effort to stop plastic before it reaches the ocean by supporting ocean stewards at Plastic Bank.
