Ingredients
1 cup Milk of Choice (we recommend either Oat Milk or Almond Milk)
½ cup Ice Cubes
1 Banana

1 scoop VORA GOOD SHAPE PROTEIN - Humble Vanilla
Directions
Add all ingredients to a blender in the order listed
Blend until smooth and serve immediately
Recipe Note
For easy blending, add the milk first near the blades when adding the ingredients to your blender.
Add some spice: A dash of cinnamon or nutmeg taste delicious in smoothies, this one especially.
